Laura Wollmann, Ashton Vaith, Hailey Fergen, Marissa Buechler, and Andrew Schaeffer perform a scene during the Menno High School drama department’s presentation of “Blues,” a one-act play that tells the story of several homeless individuals and the trials they suffer in their day-to-day lives. The students performed the play live for fellow students Friday afternoon, Jan. 16 and for the general public Saturday, Jan. 17. The troupe will take the play to the Region IV One-Act Contest at the Pepsi-Cola Theater in Mitchell Thursday, Jan. 22 with a performance time of 9 a.m. The performance is open to the public.
