A worker with Northwestern Energy helps workers with the city of Menno take down a Christmas decoration strung across Fifth Street between Menno Lumber Company and Farmers Union Insurance Monday, Jan. 12. Anyone working outside Monday needed protection from the weather, as temperatures dropped to single digits throughout the day and dipped below zero in the evening.
