Joanne Hora cuts cake at the 50th anniversary celebration for Mettler Implement Friday evening, Aug. 2. The event, which took place at the Menno City-School Auditorium after heavy afternoon rains forced a move from the Red Barn on the Pioneer Acres site north of Menno, saw hundreds of community members, customers and past and present employees gather for food, prizes and reminiscing.
