Flags flutter in the wind over the Rames-Bender Post 152 American Legion building in Menno Monday morning, March 18. Though spring was officially right around the corner, winter weather still had a firm grip on the Menno community, with high temperatures only reaching the mid-30s and winds gusting up to 30 miles per hour.
