Members of the Menno Community Club greet visitors to the open house celebrating 50 years of service by the organization. The event took place at Rooster’s in Menno Saturday, June 23. Originally formed out of the ashes of the Menno Chamber of Commerce, the organization undertook one of its first projects when it helped organize the first Menno Band Day. It has since held countless fundraisers and appreciation events over the past half-century.
