This online edition of the Hutchinson Herald supplements the weekly print edition of the Herald, providing additional photos, features and online links to community resources.

The print edition, published every Thursday, is available by subscription and single-copy sales at the Second Century Publishing office at 308 S. Main Street in Freeman. Single copies are also available at the Total Stop Food Store on Highway 18 in Menno and at Heritage Health Center on Fifth Street in Menno.

Chrome and cars
Visitors to the Menno Car Show Saturday evening, Sept. 13, were greeted with cool temperatures and sunny skies, as well as a display of dozens of classic cars, trucks and motorcycles on Fifth Street. Above, sunlight glints off the chrome wheels on the 1969 Pontiac Firebird owned by Jordan Rinehart, Brookings. Cars competed in a variety of judged catagories.
