Standing water near the corner of Fourth Street and Frasch Street was just one example of the warming temperatures in Menno early this week. After suffering through months of sub-freezing weather, high temperatures were expected to climb into the 40s and 50s this week, providing the first extended melt of 2014. High temperatures will again fall below freezing beginning Saturday, according to forecasts.
