Snow covers several small trees in a yard in Menno Monday morning, April 22. Winter continued to hold the community in its grip early this week when another winter weather system passed through the area, leaving behind several inches of new snow. While it has seemed more like winter than spring that last few weeks, warmer weather is expected to arrive by the weekend, with temperatures forecast in the 70s for Saturday and Sunday.
