McCoy settles into role as police chief
Andrew McCoy, the recently-hired chief of police for the city of Menno, has been getting to know the community since being hired in June, when he replaced long-time police chief Mark Hento, who retired. McCoy, a military veteran and former police officer in Wagner, says he has enjoyed his new role.
