Tyler Tobin, with Construction Signing Corporation out of Sioux Falls, prepares to put up a stop sign and street signs at the east approach of Country Pride Coop in Menno Monday morning, Nov. 28. New signs, street paint and landscaping are all contributing toward the Highway 18 rebuild project, which is expected to wrap up before the end of the year.
