The spring thaw is causing road buckling in Menno, as can be seen in the photo above of East Frasch Street in Menno last week. This photo is taken looking west toward Fifth Street. Patches of road are expected to buckle as the frost continues to come out of the ground. Menno city officials said at their meeting Monday night, April 1, that repairs would be done as soon as the ground stabilizes.
