Leaves cover the road on Pearl Street in Menno Monday morning, Oct. 9. Yards, driveways and streets were in a similar state around the community early this week as temperatures fell and trees shed their colorful fall foliage. October has seen high temperatures fall to the 60s on average, a trend that is expected to continue into next week. The forecast appears to be dry with the exception of a 50 percent chance of precipitation Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
