Jeff Holmes, Tupelo, Miss., a worker with Maguire Iron, prepares 100-pound bags of blasting sand for a fellow employee sandblasting the interior of the Menno municipal water tower Monday afternoon, July 20. The three-man crew was about a week into renovation work that includes various repairs and a new paint scheme for the exterior. The water tower was built in 1918.
