Rocky Zeeb, owner of Zeeb Insurance in Menno, operates a loader bucket as Denise and Ken Bruckner apply a sealant to the exterior of the Zeeb Insurance building on Fifth Street Monday afternoon, Aug. 11. Zeeb said the building, which was built in 1912, needs an application of the sealant every few years to protect it from the elements. While Zeeb said he had occupied the building for nearly 32 years, it has hosted numerous other downtown businesses over the years, including a millinery business and a barber shop.
