Christina Herrboldt, a senior at Menno High School, clears the bar in the pole vault competition at the 2014 South Dakota State B Track Meet at Howard Wood Field in Sioux Falls Friday afternoon, May 30. Herrboldt finished third in the event with a vault of 9-0. Herrboldt took three attempts at a height of 9-3, which would have set a new Menno High School record, but failed to clear the bar.
