Scott Beynon, with Northwestern Energy, helps city employee Fred Sayler put up Christmas decorations across Fifth Street between Menno Lumber Company and Farmers Union Insurance Monday afternoon, Dec. 2. With Christmas only three weeks away, holiday decorations could be seen throughout the community in homes, yards and at local businesses.
