This online edition of the Hutchinson Herald supplements the weekly print edition of the Herald, providing additional photos, features and online links to community resources.

The print edition, published every Thursday, is available by subscription and single-copy sales at the Second Century Publishing office at 308 S. Main Street in Freeman. Single copies are also available at the Total Stop Food Store on Highway 18 in Menno and at Heritage Health Center on Fifth Street in Menno.

Celebrating the 4th
Sam Bender tosses candy from the back of his father's pickup truck during the 2012 July 4 parade in Menno last Wednesday. Over 50 entries participated in the parade this year. Hundreds of spectators lined Fifth Street as well as many side streets along the parade route to take in the yearly event. Other events in Menno July 4 included the Menno Road Races, the Mennno FFA pork barbecue and the annual baseball game between Menno and Scotland.
