Strike up the band
Hannah Wollmann, a sophomore at Menno High School, recently participated in the 2010 South Dakota All-State Band event in Watertown. Wollmann, 16, this year became the first Menno Public School student to qualify for the event in 26 years. Students are selected for the band through an intense audition process, which Wollmann completed and passed in Sioux Falls recently.
